When you submit an inquiry via our project form, we collect the name, contact details, company name (optional), and project description you provide. Conversations with our AI Project Consultant are used for real-time responses and contextual understanding.
Our servers may record essential security logs—such as request timestamps, access paths, and anonymized network identifiers—for attack prevention and troubleshooting. We do not store AI API keys or actual upstream endpoint URLs in the browser.
How We Use Information
Form submissions are used solely for project communication, requirements analysis, and follow-up service contact. They will not be used for unrelated marketing or sold to third parties.
AI conversations are transmitted to a controlled server-side gateway to generate responses. Please do not submit passwords, ID numbers, bank card details, or other unnecessary sensitive data.
How We Store Data
